The first three pictures are Troop 514 Scouts defending the "Copse of Trees" which was General Lee's target on Day Three of the Gettysburg battle.  Just beyond those trees is the "High Water Mark" for the rebels.  They were repulsed by Union forces in what is famously known as Pickett's Charge.

Other picture trivia:

1)  Yes, Jacob is holding a five foot snake in the picture of the Phoenix/Wolverine Patrol.
2)  The twin peak memorial is in honor of Indiana's soldiers.
3)  Those are Troop 514 Scouts at the top of the Pennsylvania Memorial.
4)  The picture of the three Scouts walking uphill shows Devil's Den in the background -- a location of a significant battle at Gettysburg and the location of the Troop's Sunset Capture the Flag game later that evening.
5)  The Union Soldiers are from New Jersey.  They were glad we were Yankees.
