All Scout Leaders are expected to:

• Enthusiastically wear the Scout uniform correctly

The Troop Librarian

• Set and care for the troop library
• Maintain and distribute list of materials
• Maintain records of revision dates of merit badge pamphlets and verify current editions are available
• Modify merit badge booklets as new versions appear
• Maintain records of materials borrowed
• Follow up on late returns
• Report to adult Quartermaster when new books need to be purchased
