Troop 514 Positions of Responsibility

All Scout Leaders are expected to:

• Set a good example
• Enthusiastically wear the Scout uniform correctly
• Live by the Scout Oath and Law
• Show Scout Spirit

The Troop Quartermasters

• Two or more Troop Quartermasters serve the Troop
• Keep records of patrol and troop equipment
• Ensure equipment is in good working order
• Issue equipment (including tents) and ensures it is returned in good condition
• Suggest new or replacement items
• Organize and ensure equipment is stored in the trailer(s) in an orderly fashion
• One must attend all activities where troop equipment is used (i.e. campouts)
• Arrange for another Scout to perform his duties if he cannot attend an activity where troop equipment is used.
